Apply Online for PRO & APRO Vacancies: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued notification against recruitment of 40 Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Asst Public Relations Officer (APRO) vacancies. Eligible candidates must apply online on or before 20-07-2012. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below…


RPSC Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 40

Names of Posts:
1. Public Relations Officer – 06 vacancies
2. Assistant Public Relations Officer – 34 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 21 years and 37 years for Pro post and 18 years and 42 years for APRO post. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized University with Diploma in Journalism.


Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need pay 250/- towards application fee, OBC candidates of Rajasthan’s non creamy layer need to pay Rs. 150/- and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs. 50/-.  In addition Rs. 40/- needs to be paid towards Service charges. Application fee can be paid through Kiosk link or by use of Credit or Debit card.

Selection Process: Selections will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to apply through online mode on or before 20-07-2012 through RPSC website www.rpsconline.gov.in and take print of application form and retain it for further use.

1. Log on to www.rpsconline.rajasthan.gov.in for starting the Online Application process.
2. Select Apply Online link to apply for the desired post.
3. Make payment using Kiosk link or through the use of credit or debit card.
4. Select Online Application link and fill all marked details carefully.
5. Submit the application and take print of application form for further use.

Important Dates:
Last Date for Online Application: 20-07-2012
Date for Written Examination: 22-08-2012

Note: Candidates who have applied for the similar posts previously need not apply again.
