Panchayat & Rural Development West Bengal – 182 Various Vacancies 2012:

 

 

West Bengal Panchayat & Rural Development has issued notification against recruitment of 182 various vacancies at Panchayat Samitis & Gram Panchayats under Purba Medinipur District and Hooghly District. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 23-07-2012 for Mednipur and 30-07-2012 for Hooghly Distict. Panchayat & Rural Development Vacancy Details:

Medinipur District:
1. Accounts Clerk of Panchayat Samiti – 01 vacancy
2. Clerk-cum-Typist of Panchayat Samiti – 03 vacancies
3. Executive Assistant of Gram Panchayat – 05 vacancies
4. Nirman Sahayak of Gram Panchayat – 18 vacancies
5. Sahayak of Gram Panchayat – 62 vacancies
6. Gram  Panchayat  Karmee – 68 vacancies

Hoogly District:
1. Block Informatics Officer – 03 vacancies
2. Clerk-cum-Typist – 18 vacancies
3. Peon – 04 vacancies


Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 40 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification:

For Medinipur District: Candidates must be pass outs in VIII Class for Gram Panchayat Karmee posts and must have completed Matriculation/Diploma in Engineering for other posts. Refer to the notification for details.

For Hoogly District: Candidates must be possess B.Tech (IT) or B.Sc (IT) for Block Informatics Officer post, Madhyamik with knowledge of Computers for Clerk-cum-Typist post and knowledge of reading and writing in Bengali for Peon post.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Test and Interview.
