Total No of Vacancies: 41
Name of the Post: Ayurvedic Pharmacist
Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 45 years as on 01-01-2012. (Age relaxation will be extended as per rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed certificate in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized Institute or Ayurved Tirtha of the Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on merit basis and decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the “Application for the post of Ayurvedic Pharmacist” on the envelope and send it along with copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address ” The Director of Ayurveda, Department of Health & F.W, Government of West Bengal, Swasthya Bhavan, GN-29, Sector-V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091 by Register Post/Speed Post on or before 03-08-2012.
