Job Description / Responsibility
The jobholder will perform the following responsibilities in accordance with CAMPE policies and the departmental procedures:
Prepare Vouchers
Maintain accounting software
Prepare bank deposit slips
Receive outstanding bills and initiate payment process
Assign accounts codes on vouchers/supporting in view of budget codes
Check original invoices and bills prior to preparing voucher and also to ensure that all relevant documents are there
Receive cash & cheque amount
Maintain different registers (i.e. Bill Register, Govt. Treasury Register, Telephone Register, VAT & Tax Register, File Note Register, Stock Register etc.)
Deposit VAT & Tax to Government Treasury
Disburse cheque to the parties
Assist in Gender mainstreaming
Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the authority

Educational Requirements
At least Bachelor of Commerce.
Masters in Commerce will be given preference
No 3rd Class/Division will be considered for the position;
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance/Accounts
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGOs, Development Agencies
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
2-3 years working experience in the field of Accounts and Finance department in any reputed organization of which at least 01 year in the similar position;
Ability to maintain files and record keeping properly;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Power Point);
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
Female candidates with equal qualification and experience will be given preference.
Salary Range
TK. 17000
