Description
My client is an internationally recognised provider of business software, based in the North of Germany.
They are looking to hire across their User Experience team, including a User Experience Manager.
You should have experience of leading talented UX teams, giving design direction and insight, a solid
communicator, and representative for a great user experience amongst the wider business. UX is central to what my client does, so there will be no rough settling in period. A knowledge of German or the German
business market would be advantageous, but not necessary.
You'll be managing a team of visual designers, user researchers, and interaction designers. Experience of managing and/or having done all these facets of user experience would be a distinct advantage.
